Anti-Slavery Policy
Encoded Policy on Slavery and Human Trafficking.
Encoded is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in its supply chains or in any part of its business. Encoded’s Anti-slavery Policy reflects this commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all business relationships and to implement effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place.
Encoded has zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking and expects that all those in its supply chain, its contractors and its employees to comply with its values. It will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in modern slavery or human trafficking.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Encoded’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
